What if my order is lost?Updated 5 months ago

If your package is missing, please have a look around the delivery site to see if it was tucked away out of sight when shipped. If the package is still not found, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping courier. This process can take up to 6 business days and we appreciate your patience in the matter. In order to expedite the package recovery, please email us at info@beautybio.com with the order number and any other relevant information. Unfortunately, we cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.
