We will provide return authorization and mailing information. Refunds are issued once the return order has been received and inspected. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt. If Redo returns coverage was purchased at checkout return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. All shipping fees are non-refundable . *Due to changes in our operations resulting from the impact of COVID-19, we might experience some delays while processing returns or replacements.
