What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?Updated a year ago

If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at [email protected]. We will send a prepaid shipping label to you so the package can be shipped back to us, and we will inspect the damage as soon as it arrives. Any damaged items will be replaced.
