We want you to love your BeautyBio order. If you are not completely satisfied, please send an email with your order reference number to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for any skincare or GLOfacial products and within 60 days of purchase of a GloPRO®. We will provide return authorization and mailing information. Refunds are issued once the return order has been received and inspected. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt, less an $8.00 fee for handling charges. All shipping fees are non-refundable . *Due to changes in our operations resulting from the impact of COVID-19, we might experience some delays while processing returns or replacements. If you have any questions regarding your return please email [email protected]. Please note: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged products during shipping. We encourage a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns.
